Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date or pickup date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or other signs of wear.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Accessories, jewelry, hats, and hair accessories.

  • Items marked "Final Sale."

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of its approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the item and packaging.

Local Pickup Orders

Local pickup orders follow the same 14-day return policy. The return period begins on the date your order is picked up.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size, please contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
